Republic Act No. 11934 of the Philippines says that if you use Globe and TM, you must now register your Globe and TM SIM Card. This means that you have to give your personal information along with a valid government-issued ID and a clear photo of yourself that was taken recently.
Registration is free and only takes a few minutes. Once you've registered, you'll be able to use your Globe and TM SIM card without restrictions.
Globe and TM Prepaid SIM Card Online Registration Tutorial
1. First, go the official Globe Telecom registration portal https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg.
2. Enter your Globe and TM mobile number, then click the REGISTER button.
3. Enter the OTP that you will receive via SMS to verify your number.
4. Enter your personal information:
- Full Name
- Birthday
- Sex
- Nationality
- Registration Type
- Complete Address
5. Verify your identity. Verify your identity by providing your ID Type, ID Number, Photo of your Valid ID, and Selfie Picture.

6. Check all the boxes (ロ) of Terms and Conditions, Data Privacy, Policy, etc.
7. Click the SUBMIT button. Then your Registration is complete.
8. Copy your Reference Number and save it for future use.
