While both Smart and DITO offer mobile services in the Philippines, they're separate telecommunication companies. This means their reloading systems aren't compatible. Unfortunately, you won't be able to use Smart Retailer to load your DITO SIM card.
Easy Ways to Reload Your DITO SIM
DITO offers several convenient options for reloading your SIM:
- DITO App: You can use many payment methods like debit/credit cards, GCash, GrabPay, Maya, WeChat Pay, and DITO points.
- Online Shopping Platforms: Lazada and Shopee can also be used to load your Dito SIM.
- DITO Retailers: Look for sari-sari stores and stalls displaying the DITO Retailer sign. These authorized sellers can reload your DITO SIM.
- QLiQQ by 7-Eleven: You may load your Dito at 7-Eleven using the CLiQQ App.
- E-wallet Apps: You can use e-wallet apps like GCash and MAYA app to directly load your Dito.
Since smart retailers or reloaders cannot load Dito SIM, there are a lot alternatives for loading DITO SIM.
