Follow this step-by-step tutorial to learn how to register your Smart Prepaid SIM Card, Smart Bro SIM Card, TNT Prepaid SIM Card.

You will be able to register your SIM Cards online by following these easy steps:

1. Visit the official Smart Registration portal: https://simreg.smart.com.ph

2. Enter your Mobile Number and CHECK (✔) the Terms and Conditions, then click the SEND OTP button.

3. The 6-digit code will be sent to you via SMS. Enter the 6-digit code, then click the VERIFY OTP button.

4. Select your Type of Registration:
  • I'm registering a newly bought SIM
  • I'm registering my old SIM
  • I'm registering a newly bought SIM for Minor
  • I'm registering an old SIM for Minor

5. Select your Nationality.

6. Select your ID Card.

Here are list of accepted ID Card for registration:
  • Passport
  • Philippine National Identification (National ID)
  • Social Security System ID (SSS)
  • Government Service Insurance System E-Card (GSIS)
  • Driver’s License
  • National Bureau of Investigation Clearance (NBI)
  • Police Clearance
  • Firearms’ License to Own and Posses ID
  • Professional Regulation Commission ID (PRC)
  • Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
  • Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID (OWWA)
  • Bureau of Internal Revenue ID (TIN)

  • Person with Disabilities Card
  • PhilHealth ID
  • Postal ID
  • Other valid government-issued ID Card with Photo

7. Upload and submit your selected Valid ID.

8. Scan your face for Face Verification.

9. Enter your personal information:
  • Full Name
  • Sex
  • Birthday
  • Complete Address

10. Enter your Alternate Contact Information:
  • Alternate Contact Number
  • Email Address

11. Review your personal information if correct and then check the boxes ロ.

12. Keep your Control Number, as it will be your Certificate of Registration.

Once your registration is complete, you will also get an SMS confirmation
